These TOS govern your use of the website and the purchasing process, so please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these TOS, please do not proceed with your purchase.

1. Purchases and Account Registration.

By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information. Your personal information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our system will automatically create a personal account linked to the provided billing details for license management and record-keeping purposes. There is no need to manually register an account. Access credentials will be provided upon purchase.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and ensuring its confidentiality.

2. License Tiers and Usage Rights.

Upon purchasing a font, you will select a licensing tier (Standard, Business, or Enterprise) according to your project and usage requirements.

The specific rights and limitations of each license tier are presented during the purchasing process and are confirmed in your personalized EULA, generated upon purchase.

Any usage of the fonts outside the scope of the selected license is prohibited unless expressly authorized by Garisman Studio in writing.

3. Licensing Agreement.

Every purchase is subject to the terms outlined both in these TOS and in the End User License Agreement (EULA) accompanying your purchase.

By ticking the “Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions and EULA” box during checkout, you affirm your agreement to the conditions set forth in these TOS and the EULA.

4. Intellectual Property.

All content on this site, including but not limited to Logo, images, and text, is the property of Garisman Studio and protected by international copyright laws

All fonts available on Garisman Studio are copyrighted and remain the exclusive property of Garisman Studio.

Purchasing a license grants usage rights as per the selected licensing tier but does not convey ownership of the font(s).

5. Refund Policy.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are final, and refunds are not available, except where required by applicable laws.

Please review all licensing options and usage terms carefully before completing your purchase.

6. Website Use Restrictions.

You may not use the website for any unlawful purposes or in any manner that violates these Terms and Conditions.

You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to our server, data, or systems.

7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions.

Garisman Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes to the TOS will apply to purchases made after the updated terms take effect and will not apply retroactively.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of the website or the purchase of fonts shall be resolved in Sleman, Indonesia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
